We are a multi-generational church with a deep committment to Christ and our community. Here are a few commonly asked questions that will hopefully help you feel right at home!
Q: What does a typical Sunday look like?
A: Sunday morning services start at 10:30 am with a time of worship through singing as a whole church family. We allow expression of the gifts of the Spirit, as taught in 1 Corinthians 12. Children (nursery - grade 9) are dismissed at announcements to enjoy a special lesson in their classrooms while the rest of the church family has a time of teaching from the Bible.
Q: Can I join online?
A: Sunday morning services streams live at 10:30 am and is available on our YouTube channel: youtube.com/KingstonGospelTemple
Q: What other ways are there to connect during the week?
A: There are plenty of opportunities to connect throughout the week, from small groups to prayer meetings. For a full picture of all that we have to offer, check out our Ministries page.
We also encourage people to stay after our Sunday service for coffee and conversation. If it's your first time with us, please be sure to stop by the Welcome Centre in the main lobby to meet some of our fine people. They will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Q: What about my kids?
A: KGT Kids ministry goes from nursery - Jr. High aged kids, and has a special program planned every Sunday. Parents register their kids online for the program and check in their kids upon arrival at our Kids Ministry Check-in booth. Registration forms are available here.
Each one of our workers is screened and trained through our Plan2Protect to ensure a healthy and safe environment for everyone.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Come as you are! Our church family has many members with different senses of style. Some dress comfortably, others dress up a bit, but in any case, we're just glad you're with us.
Q: Where do I park?
A: We have plenty of parking spaces available for you close to our building.
