Pastor’s Pen

Dear Friends of KGT, As we launch a New Year (a new decade), my heart is filled with thanksgiving for ALL God has wrought in our midst throughout the last 12 months. The Temple has now become officially “Incorporated”; our easement project leading to Price Choppers is complete and paid for in full; we have continued to support our Missionaries & various Missions projects around the world and here at home; we have added to the Pastoral Team a full-time Youth & Children’s Pastor; we have celebrated 90 years of history; and the list goes on. This year’s annual business meeting will once again be a time of rejoicing at the Lord’s goodness. I believe it is called “F.O.G.”, the Favor of God - - - however undeserving. YET: there is MUCH to be done in every way, as we move ahead with expectancy, knowing we don’t have forever. I have asked Rev. Micheal Aud to teach a series starting January 12 for our adults on Tuesday night. He has so kindly consented to do so and has felt in his heart to deal with the Book of Acts and the Person of the Holy Spirit. This you don’t want to miss. THANK YOU to each and everyone for your involvement in this part of His vineyard throughout 2009. We can and should say “thanks”, but we can’t really “reward” anyone properly. That God promises will come one day and HE will take care of it all. PLEASE - - - know that you are most welcome to contact us at any time. We are your servants.
