Why we exist:

p>Kingston Gospel Temple is a place to find meaning and direction for life in community and offers a variety of opportunities and groups with a purpose to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Kingston Gospel Temple is a Bible-based, Spirit-empowered, Christ-centered church that is connected to the community, with a desire to provide hope and acceptance to all.

BIBLE-BASED: We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. We believe the Bible to be without error, entirely applicable to life situations, and necessary for Christian growth.

SPIRIT-EMPOWERED: We believe the Spirit convinces us of sin, brings assurance of sins forgiven, imparts peace and comfort, and guides into all truth. We are totally dependant on the Holy Spirit to empower our message so it can bear the fruit God has promised.

CHRIST-CENTERED: We believe that Jesus - God who became man - is the Saviour of the world who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to give his life as an atoning sacrifice for all. Jesus died, was resurrected, ascended to heaven where he sits enthroned making intercession for the Church, and will return to receive believers in Christ to Himself

Adult Ministry:

Bible Study Join us in the Fellowship Hall for Adult Bible Sudy with Pastor David.

Men's and Women's Group Once a month, the men and women meet separately to talk about the issues we face as men and women. Men's Events. Women's Events

Elevate Elevate is a Bible Study group for twenty- and thirty-somethings led by Pastor Mike. Build authentic friendships, get connected, and study God's Word with a great group.

Ladies Daybreak Join a morning Bible Study for women. Childcare is provided for pre-school children. Women's Events
- thursdays at 9:15am

Golden Gems Golden Gems is an opportunity for those who are 50+ to get together and stay informed through regular meetings and special events. Seniors Events
- the third wednesday of each month at 1:00pm

Youth:

Exit YouthThere is no place that makes learning the Truth more fun. This year at EXIT join Pastor Steve and experience teaching that applies to your life in an atmosphere of outrageous energy. Youth Events
- for grade 6 to grade 8 tuesdays at 7:00pm
- for grade 8 to grade 12 fridays at 7:00pm

Children:

Nursery(up to age 3) Supervised care for your little one so you can enjoy the service.

Wee College (JK & SK) & KidsCHURCH! (grades 1 to 6)Age appropriate worship, stories, and games for children in a fun setting.

Pastoral Staff:

Pastor David and Dawn Blackmore have been involved in full-time ministry for more than 32 years!! Pastor David became Senior Pastor and Team Leader of Kingston Gospel Temple in July 2002. Pastor David is a solid communicator and has a special gift for presenting the Word of God in a way that is both practical and understandable. Both Pastor David and Dawn love people and have a desire to see men and women, youth and children experience the life-changing power of God. Dawn works alongside her husband in the office as Church Administrator. The Blackmores have a strong desire to see God move in Kingston and their hearts cry is that God would send revival to Canada!

Pastor Mike and Rachel Hatheway and their two children, Robbie and Charlotte, are pleased to be a part of the family at KGT and are very excited to see what God is doing in people's lives as they draw closer to God and making commitments to follow Jesus and dream about what is possible. Mike leads (among other things) Elevate, the twenty- and thirty-something group at the church, and helps to make the Temple a great place to discover direction for life.

Pastor Stephen & Jessica Aud are the most recent addition to the Staff at KGT and their goal is to reach students of all ages with the Love of Christ. They come to us from Greenfield Park Pentecostal Church in Montreal where they served for 6 years as assistant pastors. One of their passions aside from student ministries is leading God's people into worship through music. Steve and Jessica are excited to join the team KGT and are excited for what is to come.
